How to stick to a good gym routine without getting bored

Motivation to work out is essential, and many find that it can start to wane the more they get used to their routine. If you get bored of your routine, you can get bored of exercise, making it easier to get stuck in a rut where you start skipping more days than you should. Here are a few tips to help you maintain a good gym routine without getting bored.

Push a little harder

If you’ve started with a gym routine for beginners, then you’re soon going to find it doesn’t present enough of a challenge to keep you engaged. While still hitting your usual machines at the gym, start increasing your reps and the weight you work with incrementally. Not only will you find it a new challenge, but you can watch yourself progress over time as you work your way up.

Switch it up

Perhaps you’ve found the perfect gym routine for women with your specific goals and you don’t want to change it too much. You don’t have to. Simply change up the order in which you do your exercises every time you visit our gym.
