Yoga full-body relaxation and balance

Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Incorporate this low-intensity ancient practice, that allows you to relax and de-stress, while moving through a variety of poses and breathing techniques and balances your mind and soothes your soul.

Our world-class Yoga instructors are experienced with all levels and utilise this knowledge and experience with group training, to maximise our member’s fitness and training for all levels.


Join Trace in Yoga for a Mellow Yoga Vinyasa Flow.  Trace will guide you through a series of Yoga movements, linked with breath flowing to a cruisy soundtrack. 

Depending on your workout needs, you have the choice to take it slow and relax into your own groove or to hold deep in the poses for a more intense flow. 

Either way we will finish with a blissful relaxation track.
