A challenging circuit mix of upper / lower body and functional training will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. A wide variety of options are available for all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful, and the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training comprises of a variety of different equipment such as weights, bands, balls and other tools to get stronger and leaner.
